About the Event

Event Date Thursday, Aug. 8, 2019. Shotgun Start at 11 a.m.


Charities: Every year, we donate the proceeds of this charity event to local charities. To-date, we have donated proceeds from the 2016 charity golf event to the following charities:

Fee: $150/person. Provides the following:

  • Green Fees and Cart (this is scramble golf with a shotgun start)
  • Boxed Lunch
  • Gift Bag
  • Buffet Dinner
  • Souvenir framed photo of your foursome

Course: The White Deer Run Golf Club in Vernon Hills, IL.

From the South (Chicago)

From 94:
Exit 19 and turn West (Left) at IL-60 W/E Townline Rd
Turn North (Right) at N Butterfield Rd
Turn East (Right) at W Greggs Pkwy
Clubhouse will be about 1/2 mile down on South (Right) side

From the North (Milwaukee)
From 94:
Exit 10 and turn South (Right) at Route 21/Milwaukee Ave
Turn West (Right) at Route 137/Peterson Rd
Turn South (Left) at N Butterfield Rd
Turn East (Left) at W Greggs Pkwy
Clubhouse will be about 1/2 mile down on South (Right) side

Registration: 9:30 a.m.

Tee Time: 11 a.m. (sharp!)

Contests: 3 Hole-in-One Opportunities to win a Car (one Audi, two VWs), Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Ball Launcher, Putting, Raffle

Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire shall be worn at all times. Flat-soled shoes or golf shoes with non-metal spikes worn on the golf course or practice areas.

Rules: To level the playing field, we’ve set the following rules

  • No free mulligans (get ready to buy some and use them on the HONOR
  • All putts must be holed out (no “gimmies”).
  • Tee-off from the colored tee that matches the golfer’s ability:
    • Natural Tees: Ladies
    • Burnt Red Tees: Men and any Ladies who prefer to hit long
  • You must use at least three (3) drives from each member of your foursome in the course of play. IF YOU ARE IN A THREESOME, you must ROTATE so that each player takes the extra shot.
  • Your card will be collected at the end of your round when you return your cart. Please turn in your card to a volunteer before entering the clubhouse.
